After a career in agency PR (which I loved) I knew that my life was in need of an overwhelming change. The looming shift was palpable. Be it a 1:1 or group training, I tailor lesson plans to meet the person(s) I’m teaching in order to train them to their full potential. Courses can be completed in a 2-3 day span or over a couple of weeks depending on class size and available time commitment. They can also take place online and in-person. Course structure includes working through the ICRT (International Center for Reiki Training) issued manual, as well as customized content I prepared and practical time.
